Your appointments are very important to us at WaxByDes and time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you must change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. All deposits go toward your final payment and are non refundable.
